It emphasizes creating the mental and emotional space needed for strategic clarity while fostering a disciplined and compassionate approach to leadership and advocacy.

The “Strategy School” is a journey of intellectual, emotional, and strategic growth. It provides participants with the tools and insights needed to become effective leaders in their movements, inspiring change through disciplined, compassionate, and forward-thinking approaches.

SNA Philosophy on Strategy

The Strategy School recognizes the importance of being present and intentional in strategic thinking. It aims to combat the “CNN effect,” which refers to the overwhelming influx of information hindering clear and strategic decision-making. By encouraging participants to limit distractions and prioritize clarity, the school helps individuals focus on proactive and strategic actions instead of reactive approaches that may lack direction or purpose. A guiding principle is that “if the mind is disciplined, the heart turns quickly from fear to love,” promoting a balance between rational strategy and compassionate intent.
